Fiat 124:ää valmistettiin neljänä eri korimallina: berlina , farmari, spider (avomalli) ja coupé. Suomeen tuotiin virallisen maahantuonnin kautta vain sedania. Vuonna 1968 tuli saataville uudistettu malli 124 Special (124 S), jossa oli neljä pyöreää valonheitintä ja 1 400-kuutioinen moottori (70 hv). Perusmalli säilyi yhä tuotannossa.
