Hey guys. Mine had just developed the ABS, VDC, Hill holder unavailable failure also. I dont get any brake hammering though and on one drive the errors are present and on others they dont appear. As you had the brake hammering yours does indeed sound like ABS related. Either corroded/broken/damp ABS sensor wire or the wheel speed sensor maybe.

The hill Holder system needs some parameters to work: first of all, there must be a slope greater than 2%; then the brake must be pressed.
