Just a tip: to turn of the Rockstar cloud (which for me doesn't work right anyway; the game at close doesn't sync but simply complains that there's a conflict if you in fact saved) you don't need to fully reinstall; closing down the game and deleting/renaming your user's Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Profiles\\cloudsavedata.dat should have the RGL re-ask on restarting the game.

I install the game and play the game,but it cant save at all, saw ppl said use the (runasdate) to change the date to 22/may/2020, but is still the same. and i cant see any save game folder inside the my gta iv folder.

Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition is the latest release of GTA IV on PC platforms that replaced the original game and its episodes on Steam, released on March 19, 2020 for Steam and Rockstar Games Launcher.
